The UV-VIS monolithic miniature spectrometer from Carl Zeiss is available from Hellma. This spectral sensor measures 65 x 50 x 40 mm and has a spectral range of 190 to 735 nm. A cross-section converter and diode array are fixed to the module's titanium body, which has an aberration-corrected grating. The 2.2-nm pixel dispersion provides resolution of approximately 7 nm. A UV module for 190 to 400 nm with 3-nm resolution also is available. The spectrometer is thermally stable, compact and permanently aligned.
