Microspherical solar cells are packaged in polycarbonate that is 24 mm long and 9.5 mm wide (Sphelar F12 Module). This small-size module family offers six different voltages up to 7 V (Voc). The output power is 13.5 mW (Pmax) under 1000 W/m2, AM 1.5. It can be used as a building block for higher voltage and power to match your application design. Flexible and transparent modules also are available.
