The Platinum Dragon LED manufactured by Osram
GmbH can withstand twice the output as the Golden Dragon, providing a higher operating
current and, therefore, more light. It produces white light at 75 lm from an operating
current of 700 mA (30 lm/W). The platinum version offers a high-power thin-film
chip, better thermal connection between the chip and the package, and optimum heat
dissipation.
