The 20/20 FPD microspectrophotometer from Craic Technologies Inc.
is designed for colorimetry and light intensity comparison of microdisplays of all
types. Able to nondestructively measure spectra on the micron scale, it can map
the color and intensity variations within a single pixel, providing the manufacturer
with the ability to optimize and improve the microdisplay manufacturing process.
The device enables colorimetry, spectroscopy and imaging of small-scale pixels
that are common with high-resolution microdisplays, and it also can be configured
to measure thin-film thickness and source intensity. It can image in the UV, visible
and near-IR regions.
