Prior Scientific Inc. has implemented changes
to its CS152KB touch-screen programmable keypad with multiple software enhancements.
The mini-computer provides stand-alone control for the company’s ProScan II
and OptiScan II stages, focus drives and other motorized accessories. The latest
software release improves users’ ability to scan slides and other samples,
and includes functions to edit patterns after they have been created and to save,
edit and download points of interest. The system also enables the user to extend
the maximum number of X-Y fields in a raster to 32,000 x 32,000 and to increase
the delay timer for patterns to allow for up to 83 minutes between moves.
