Li-Cor Biosciences facilitates in vitro ligand-binding assays, in vivo near-IR animal
imaging, whole-organ imaging and tissue section assays. Composed of fluorescently
tagged human epidermal growth factor, the probe features an absorbance maximum of
774 nm and an emission maximum of 789 nm, both in 1x phosphate-buffered saline.
Each tube of the product, which is designed for murine studies, contains 20 nmol
of lyophilized powder. Optimal in vivo imaging occurs from three to four days after
injection into the tail vein.
