The Fogale Lenscan systems allow direct measurement of the position and the center thickness of all optical elements of a closed optical assembly along the optical axis to 1-micron measurement accuracy. LI600 version provides 0.25-micron measurement accuracy. It can be used during all phases of assembly and final testing.
