Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd.’s multichip Yi LED lighting series offers high power, high luminosity and 5-W power consumption in a compact ceramic package. The Yi LEDs are four-chip devices with low thermal resistance as a result of the ceramic substrate. They measure 6 x 6 x 4.28 mm and are suitable for interior and exterior automotive and general illumination; for indoor, outdoor, decorative, entertainment, commercial, signal and beacon lighting; and for retrofit bulbs. With a 700-mA driving current, the LEDs can be driven at up to 5 W. Minimum flux is up to 400 lm at 6500 K correlated color temperature or 325 lm at 3000 K correlated color temperature, when driven with 700-mA current.
