Available through RPMC Lasers Inc., Bright Solutions srl’s BLM series diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) Q-switched lasers emit at 532 nm, with factory-adjustable output energy from 10 to 50 μJ, and with 15-ns pulse widths and factory-adjustable repetition rates from single shot to 4 kHz. The instrumennts provide a linear polarization ratio of 100:1 and beam quality with M2 of 1.1. Their compact dual-box design makes them suitable for integration into end-user systems where small dimensions are important. The pump unit measures 7.8 x 3.5 x 2 in., and the resonator measures 4.5 x 2.75 x 1.18 in. The lasers are suitable for use in spectroscopy, biomedical instrumentation and fluorescence measurement.
