The IT-F6 sensor from Dalsa is a high-speed, high-sensitivity line-scan CCD sensor with enhanced blue response. The device is available with 2048-pixel resolution and 13 x 13-µm pixel size, and features bidirectional capability. Its UV-grade fused silica window extends the wavelength range to 250 nm. The IT-F6 employs the company's QuietSensor technology to achieve a 20-MHz data rate from each of the sensor's eight parallel outputs, resulting in an effective data rate of 160 MHz.
