iMICROThe IK-M41MA microminiature camera from Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. is suitable for high-speed assembly line and packaging applications. It features 570-line resolution, better than 56-dB signal-to-noise ratio, and a minimum illumination of 1.8 lux at f/1.6 for low-light environments. There are nine electronic shutter speeds, and an automatic shutter compensates for variations in light sources. The camera also has a 38.9 x 17-mm head, one-pulse trigger mode, a 1/2-in. 410,000-pixel CCD, reset/restart for vertical scan control, and internal and external synchronization in stand-alone and integrated systems. The IK-M41MA package includes a camera head, control unit, cable and manual.
