Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced the BenchLink Waveform Builder Pro waveform creation software for its 33200, 33500 and 81100 series waveform generators. It is suitable for R&D engineers characterizing new designs, and for test system engineers validating production units in the aerospace/defense, semiconductor and wireless communications industries. It enables them to more quickly and easily create custom waveforms and gain deeper insight into their signals. The Microsoft Windows-based program provides an equation editor along with waveform math and drawing tools to create custom signals. It features a standard function library, waveform sequencer, and signal filtering and windowing functions for easy modification and refinement of signals. The standard function library contains common sine, square, triangle, ramp, pulse and exponential signals that engineers can access quickly.
