ZO 6×36 Targeting Optics
Dec 2011
Airbus Defence and Space GmbH
OBERKOCHEN, Germany, Dec. 22, 2011 — Based on the experiences of militaries around the globe, Carl Zeiss Optronics GmbH has developed new targeting optics.

The wide field of view of the ZO 6×36 is beneficial for situational awareness, requiring little movement. Shooters can react more quickly and focus on their targets.

The optics weigh 697 g. With an ultrashort configuration, they can be used with a night-sight attachment without requiring an extra-long Picatinny rail. They also feature an illuminated reticle.

They are equipped with six brightness levels for daytime use and three levels for nighttime operation. The reticle can be selected based on the needs of the user.
