Specialised Imaging’s multichannel framing cameras (SIM) are ultrahigh-speed instruments that provide wide application flexibility to university research groups. Using high-resolution image intensifiers, a no-compromise optical design and double pulsing, the high-throughput SIM cameras’ optical design offers up to 16 separate channels without compromising resolution, shading or parallax. The innovative auxiliary view port contributes to their versatility. The design allows even occasional users to achieve top-quality results. Comprehensive triggering facilities, accurate timing control and a wide range of output signals, coupled with a software package that includes full measurement and image enhancement functions, simplify image capture. Full remote operation using Ethernet connectivity is standard. The cameras have applications in biomedical research and nanotechnology.
