tANALYZERAn optical spectrum analyzer from Anritsu Co. can link measurements of up to 128 wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) signal channels with measurement results displayed as frequency. The MS9710C is suitable for analysis of WDM and dense WDM systems and components at the R&D and manufacturing stages, as well as for maintenance applications in the field. It has a dynamic range of 42 dB at 0.2 nm, a maximum resolution of 50 pm and a 3% resolution accuracy at 0.2 nm. The device's wavelength accuracy is ±20 pm from 1530 to 1570 nm and ±50 pm at 1620 nm.
