MERCERVILLE, N.J., Nov. 8, 2012 — Princeton Optronics is offering 15-W red laser devices and arrays at 650 nm for medical and illumination applications.

The arrays have an efficiency of >20%, a spectral width of ~1 nm and a circular beam with divergence of 18° full angle.

The array measures 3 × 3 mm and is mounted on submounts. The company also offers single devices and lower power as well as addressable arrays at red and other wavelengths. Custom devices and arrays of other configurations and other wavelengths in red also are available.
