PSD08/PSD16 AODD Pumps

KAMAS, Utah, June 13, 2013 — White Knight Fluid Handling Inc.’s new air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps, models PSD08 and PSD16, are dead-head capable and achieve up to 63-liters-per-minute (16.6 gallons per minute) and 142-liters-per-minute (37.5 gallons per minute) flow rates, respectively, while minimizing air consumption and operational noise.

Their leakproof, all PTFE/UHMW fluid-path, icing-resistant plastic design provides safe operation, even with the most corrosive chemicals. The devices also can pump more viscous fluids, such as food-based products, cosmetics and slurries containing solid materials.

The pumps are available in ½- (PSD08) and 1-in. (PSD16) models with optional materials to meet the abrasion-, temperature- and chemical-compatibility requirements of many applications. They are suitable for the semiconductor, solar and LED industries, offering the means for chemical distribution, reclaim and bulk transport processes.
