DataRay’s WinCamD-LCM CMOS beam profiler provides USB 3.0 transfer rates and a high-resolution 1-in. detector for applications ranging from OEM integration to R&D.

The device, usable from 163 to 1350 nm, provides 5.5-µm pixels in a 2048 × 2048 active area with an update rate of up to 30 Hz and an optical/TTL (transistor-transistor logic) trigger. A CMOS detector eliminates comet tailing, and the global shutter and trigger enable pulse capture. The USB 3.0 interface comes paired with proprietary customizable software.

Applications include CW and pulsed laser profiling, field servicing of laser systems, optical assembly, instrument alignment, beam wander and logging, quality control, and M2 measurement with available M2DU stage.
