MEDFORD, Mass., Aug. 4, 2013 — Nanotec Electronic US Inc. has expanded its ultraflat stepper motor line with the release of the STF2818. The drive is suitable for feeder applications and stirrers.

The 9.4-mm-high model has a flange size of 28 mm, a rotor inertia of 1.7 g/cm2 and a holding torque of 0.98 N/cm, as well as a step angle of 1.8°.

A flat-sided shaft is optional.
