New TechSpec hard-coated OD4 25-nm bandpass filters from Edmund Optics are suitable for life science instrumentation and single-photon microscopy applications.

The filters offer high transmission and deep blocking, eliminating unwanted background noise and enhancing the signal-to-noise ratio in a variety of imaging or machine vision applications. They also prevent overbleaching of live samples or fluorophores in a variety of life science applications.

The filters are available with center wavelengths from 400 to 1550 nm and diameters of 12.5, 25 and 50 mm.
