ProPhotonix Ltd. has added four visible laser diodes from Oclaro Inc. to its list of product offerings.

The HL6319MG comes in a 5.6-mm package and offers optical output power of 700 mW at a wavelength of 638 nm; it is suitable for use in laser projectors. For pico projector applications, the HL6316AT offers 150 mW at 638 nm and comes in a 3.8-mm package.

The 100-mW, 633-nm HL63163DG diode offers a replacement for HeNe lasers, while the 150-mW, 404-nm HL40041MG is suitable for biomedical and measurement applications.
