FiberTech Optica Inc.Request Info
KITCHENER, Ontario, Canada, Feb. 27, 2014 — FiberTech Optica Inc. has released a series of internally filtered fiber optic Raman probes for biomedical, laboratory and industrial process control applications.

The probes consist of a bifurcated fiber optic cable with an integrated probe head that features separated excitation and collection optical paths. The collection end can be configured either as a slit or as a round bundle.

Two probe head models for 785-nm excitation are available with 3.8- or 12.7-mm outer diameters (3- or 10-mm clear apertures, respectively). They are configured with f/2 collection optics to match standard 0.22-numerical-aperture optical fibers and are rated for up to 300 mW of input laser power.
