WARWICK, N.Y., May 29, 2014 — Made for high temperature applications in the metal industry, the Pyroview 512N infrared camera from Dias Infrared allows for non-contact temperature measurement at temperatures up to 1500 °C.

A measurement range of 600 °C to 1500 °C enables an array of object temperatures to be measured in a single image. A measurement frequency of 60 fps enables rapid temperature changes to be tracked accurately. The Pyroview ensures a spectral range of 0.8 to 1.1 μm, maintaining measurement accuracy over a range of emissivity variation.

A Gigabit Ethernet connection enables real-time recording of all data up to 60 Hz frame rate using standard PYROSOFT software or a customized software using the DIAS DAQ interface. The Pyroview is offered in several different housings to match a range of environmental conditions.
