PROVIDENCE, R.I., Aug. 12, 2014 — CO2 Laser Lenses by Laser Research Optics are designed for deep stock removal from ½ to 1½ in. in industrial laser wood-cutting applications.

The lenses are optimized for use at 10.6 µm, feature 4-in. focal lengths and are suited for industrial laser engraving of different types of wood. They also have 40-20 scratch-dig surface quality, <1/40th wave sphericity and provide <0.2 percent total absorption value.
