TAIPEI, Taiwan, Dec., 1, 2014 — Designed for high-power LEDs from 100 to 250 W, the Igloo SR series heat sinks from Glacial Tech are lightweight for high-performance cooling.

The heat sinks are made with a stamping process to achieve a thermal performance from 0.71 to 0.39 °C/W. The devices also come in heat pipe models for high-power chip-on-board applications.

Lighting fixture manufacturers can use the thermal modules for interior lighting applications, as well as the building of IP66-rated lighting fixtures for exterior applications.
