BARRINGTON, N.J. — Edmund Optics broadband IR laser mirrorsBroadband IR laser mirrors from Edmund Optics feature copper substrates to dissipate excess heat.

The mirrors feature >98 percent reflectivity from 2-20 µm, with a surface accuracy of 1/20 λ at 10.6 µm, a clear aperture of 90 percent and a laser damage threshold up to 50 kW/cm2.

These mirrors are suited for IR laser applications, such as those using quantum cascade or CO2 lasers.
