iANALOGThe XC-ST50 and XC-ST30 analog cameras are suitable for industrial imaging applications in machine vision where space is limited. The two cameras from Sony Electronics' Broadcast & Professional Co. measure 1.8 x 1.2 x 2.3 in. and feature a trigger/shutter function for flexible operation. Delivering image resolution of 768 x 494 pixels, the cameras have 0.3-lx sensitivity at f/1.4, making them suitable for low-light-level imaging. The XC-ST30 features a 1/3-in. interline transfer CCD with a signal-to-noise ratio of 56 dB, and the XC-ST50 features a 1/2-in. CCD and a ratio of 60 dB.
