The new 274 TECMount high-power temperature-controlled fixture delivers precision thermal control in a small footprint. Using water to remove waste heat, the 274 achieves 125 W of cooling capacity when using 20 °C water. A nickel-plated copper cold plate provides for maximum thermal performance, and an external sensor input allows for easy use of your device sensor for temperature feedback.
