Spectroline Bi-O-Vision transilluminatorFeaturing two workstations and producing both 312-nm UV and white light, the Spectroline Bi-O-Vision transilluminators from Spectronics Corp. enable life sciences researchers to select medium-wavelength illumination to view fluorescence gels or visible blots.

The TD-1000R model offers fixed intensity, while the TVD-1000R model offers variable intensity control of either UV or white light. The units are continuously adjustable from 100 percent down to 50 percent. Flexibility in irradiance control helps ensure the longest sample preparation time while minimizing actual UV damage to the sample.
