Aerotech QNP-L linear piezo stages offer resolution to 0.15 nm, linearity to 0.007%, bidirectional repeatability to 1 nm and resonant frequencies to 1300 Hz. Travels are from 100 to 600 µm. QNP-L stages are ideal for space-constrained applications such as interferometry, microscopy and precision alignment. When combined with Aerotech’s Q-Series controllers, the system provides industry-leading resolution and linearity, meaning higher throughput and more accurate processes.
