Avago Technologies ACFL-521xT and ACFL-621xTAvago Technologies has announced automotive-grade dual-channel optocouplers for bidirectional digital communications.

The ACFL-521xT and ACFL-621xT are designed for automotive applications with AECQ100 Grade 1 qualification. The ACFL-521xT is optimized for low-power systems supporting data rates up to 1 MBd, while the ACFL-621xT is optimized for high-speed systems supporting data rates up to 15 MBd.

The devices have two optocoupler channels internally aligned 180° from each other, providing optimum chip pin-out configuration for bidirectional transmit/receive data communication design and board layout.
