An enabling technology for compact photonics cooling applications, the Mini Compressor from Samsung is now offered by AMS Technologies AG.
The Mini Compressor has a cooling capacity of up to 500 W, with high efficiency, low vibration and low noise. A 35 percent increase in efficiency is coupled with a reduction in vibration up to 89 percent due to a twin-pump design.
Applications range from compact recirculating chillers to the direct cooling of laser diodes.
