IRVINE, Calif., June 24, 2015 — Toshiba TLP292-4 and TLP293-4The TLP292-4 and TLP293-4 transistor photocouplers from Toshiba America Electronic Components Inc. are four-channel devices with small package sizes.

With an operating temperature range of –55 to 125 °C and high isolation voltages of 3750 V root mean squared, the photocouplers can be used for a variety of high-density surface mount applications. Plastic small outline (SO16) packages allow designers to meet the space-saving requirements of increasingly smaller and thinner end-products.

Applications include programmable controllers, switching power supplies and simplex/multiplex data transmission.
