CLEARWATER, Fla., July 21, 2015 — Faulhaber MCST 3601The MCST 3601 series of motion controllers from Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG (Faulhaber) of Germany is compact, flexible and designed to fit the Faulhaber micro stepper motors for optics and other applications.

The series, equipped with a micro controller and driver, can precisely regulate phase currents from 10 mA to 1.1 A. It can be operated with a supply voltage varying between 9 and 36 VDC.

The MCST 3601 series can actuate stepper motors in micro stepping mode. Up to 256 micro steps can be programmed per full step. This allows the resolution of the controlled rotary of linear movement to be increased considerably with a reduction in vibration.
