MORGAN HILL, Calif. — Anritsu Corp. offers two options for its MN4765B series of optoelectronic calibration modules for the characterization of optoelectronic devices such as modulators, photoreceivers and integrated optical transceiver modules.

AnritsuOption 71 allows the MN4765B to be used with the VectorStar vector network analyzer to conduct optoelectronic measurements from 70 kHz to 70 GHz in the 1310-nm range. Option 72 enables measurements from 70 kHz to 70 GHz at both 1310 and 1550 nm.

Both options use a NIST-characterized photodiode as the primary standard, for greater measurement accuracy compared to alternative methods.
