Seegrid Corp. has announced the addition of Subway Platform displays to its Supervisor fleet management tool.
The displays are designed to reduce supply chain downtime by providing subway-style estimated time of arrival projections and data collection capabilities at each station where vision guided vehicles retrieve or deliver materials. The Supervisor tools enable users to remotely connect, monitor and control their fleet of vehicles.
The Supervisor uses web technology inside customer facilities to fill communication gaps created from machine automation by establishing two-way dialogue between humans and their robotic coworkers.
