The high repeatability, low noise AccuFiz SIS includes a second, short coherence laser source to isolate and measure plane parallel optics. Use the short coherence source to measure the surfaces, wedge, homogeneity and optical thickness of afocal optics. Then, switch to the internal source to measure focal and afocal optics as with a standard Fizeau interferometer.
