The automated alignment of a lens on an arbor offer high flexibility, efficiency and accuracy in production processes. With OptiCentric Cementing, lenses can be aligned and cemented to the optical axis or to the arbor axis. The arbor axis is determined with two probes. The active alignment and cementing of a lens with OptiCentric Cementing guaranties highest alignment accuracy and enhances efficiency by increasing throughput and significantly reduces waste.
