Ultraviolet MirrorsTECHSPEC Precision Ultraviolet Mirrors from Edmund Optics Inc. can be used in a number of optical setups to reflect UV light including fluorescence microscopy and spectrometry.

The devices are offered in both deep UV (DUV) and vacuum UV (VUV) enhanced coating options, ideally suited for a wide variety of commercially available light sources. The DUV mirrors offer reflection from 190 nm to the LWIR. The VUV mirrors provide optimized reflection from 120 nm to the LWIR.

Designed for 0° angle of incidence, the TECHSPEC Precision Ultraviolet Mirrors exhibit >78 percent reflectivity at their specified design wavelength. The mirrors are manufactured from a fused silica substrate and feature aluminum-based coatings for low polarization sensitivity, λ/10 surface flatness and 10-5 surface quality provide for maximum precision. Six models are available in 12.5-, 25- and 50-mm diameters with a choice of DUV-enhanced aluminum or VUV-enhanced aluminum coatings.
