LED Flood-Curing SystemThe BlueWave MX-250 LED flood-curing system from Dymax Corp. offers curing flexibility and expansion capabilities in a small unit.

Designed with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the system offers high, consistent curing intensities covering a 50 × 50-mm active curing area to guarantee optimal cures for manufacturers. With three different wavelength LED options of 365, 385 or 405 nm, the system’s high-intensity emitter can be mounted to robotic arms or further from the controller without fear of intensity variations.

Its updated controller can run either MX-150 spot-cure emitters or new MX- 250 flood emitters, providing users with greater flexibility in switching between LED spot and flood-curing units.
