MUNICH, Nov. 15, 2017 — HALCON 17.12 software from MVTtec Software GmbH is a new release that optimizes detection rates and classification results.

An extensive set of cutting-edge deep learning functions can be instantly applied in industrial settings. Users are now able to raise their machine vision processes to a new level using self-learning algorithms, allowing companies to simplify and accelerate programming processes significantly. In addition, they also benefit from even more robust detection rates and better classification results.

The new HALCON release includes a wide range of functions for training convolutional neural networks.
