BESANÇON, France — Picosecond LaserThe PIXEA-analytics high-performance picosecond laser from Aurea Technology is based on a gain-switched laser diode.

Available for a large variety of center wavelengths from 375 to 1990 nm, the PIXEA generates ultrashort laser pulses down to 30 ps with low timing jitter and high beam quality. The user-friendly interface allows the tuning of the repetition rate from single shot up to 80 MHz and allows a pulse width from the ps to the ns range.

Applications include accurate time analysis, characterizations, fluorescence excitation and laser seeding.
