Quartz lenses for imaging in the ultraviolet have been released by Universe Kogaku (America) Inc. The 25-mm UV2528 will cover a 16-mm imager and has adjustable focus and a fixed f/2.8 aperture. The UV2528B has the same features but has an adjustable iris. With a 78-mm focal length, the UV8040B has an adjustable iris and focus, and an aperture fixed at f/3.8. As a C-mount, the lens covers an 18-mm imager, and as a T-mount it covers 35-mm film.
