The L7893 series of UV-VIS fiber light sources from Hamamatsu Corp. combine stable deuterium and tungsten lamps to provide a wide spectral range and a long service life. Designed for compact analytical equipment such as miniature spectrometers, CE or HPLC detectors and reflection meters, their spectral range is 200 to 1100 nm. The fiber light sources measure 162 x 129 x 260 mm, weigh about 3 kg and have output stability of 0.004%.
