tdigitalLeCroy Corp. has added two models to its series of digital oscilloscopes. The LC564DL and the LC554DL offer rates of 2 gigasamples per second on all four channels and the ability to interleave to 4 gigasamples per second when using one or two inputs. Both instruments incorporate the 10.4-in. flat panel color display and provide 1 MB of acquisition memory per channel. A full range of triggers for troubleshooting are included, such as slew rate, pattern and hold-off by time or events. Standard I/O features are GPIB, RS-232, a VGA port, floppy disk and Centronics port. An internal printer, portable hard drive, ATA flash card and PC memory are optional.
