It is available in a one-fiber-connection version (single stage) or a two-fiber-connection version (dual stage). Specifications for the single-stage device include typical isolation ≥40 dB, minimum isolation of ≥32 dB, typical insertion loss of 0.4 dB and return loss of ≥60/55 dB with polarization sensitivity of ≤0.1 dB. The dual-stage isolator exhibits typical isolation ≥52 dB, minimum isolation of ≥45 dB, typical insertion loss of 0.5 dB and return loss ≥60/55 dB with sensitivity ≤0.15 dB.
