The new LAC benchtop oven offered by Despatch Industries is designed for fiber optics manufacturers. The oven is available in temperatures up to 260 °C and provides temperature uniformity as well as horizontal, recirculating airflow. It features the Protocol Plus programmable controller, enabling control of multiple temperature operations by up to eight programs. The microprocessor-based controller can be used with the company's Oven Tracker software to connect several ovens to one computer, allowing centralized operation.
