Request InfoAlpine Research OpticsAlpine Research Optics has announced a series of CaF2 optics for use in 157-nm laser-based applications, such as microlithography and micromachining. The optics line includes spherical and cylindrical lenses, and flat windows. All of the optics use an antireflection coating that delivers reflectivity of less than 0.5% per surface. The lenses and windows are offered with a radius of curvature between 0.05 and 10 m. The cylindrical lenses can be produced in lengths up to 75 mm, while the spherical lenses and windows are available in diameters up to 75 mm.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra February 2023 IssueGreen Laser Marking SystemThe 532-nm green laser marking system from FOBA is a low-heat device that applies precise marks on materials with absorption properties.
