Physical Optics Corp. (POC)Physical Optics Corp.'s POC220 is a bidirectional fiber optic transmission system for remote monitoring, media retrieval, distance learning and videoconferencing applications. With high-speed digital optics that operate at distances up to 50 km, the system provides simultaneous transmission of digital-stereo audio, full-bandwidth video and narrowband data over a single fiber or fiber pair. It transmits and receives two audio signals or one stereo audio pair, one baseband videochannel and one serial data channel in each direction.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Showcase January 2023 IssueMicro-Prism LensSUSS MicroOptics offers a monolithic (glass or silicon), precisely aligned, and highly cost-competitive micro-scale integration of a lens with a prism.
