Request InfoTerahertz Technologies Inc.Terahertz Photonics has introduced Truemode Backplane, an optical polymer for the backplane market. The material allows high-speed optical interconnections within computer and switch systems. It offers photosensitivity, loss of 0.035 dB/cm and a degradation temperature of >400 °C. The company says that the polymer shows good adhesion with substrates used for printed circuit boards, and that it is compatible with the chemicals used in the industry.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaARTICLESPhotonics.com 7/26/2022Partnership Streamlines EUV Dry Resist Tech Chemical Supply ChainA partnership unveiled this month at SEMICON WEST 2022 aims to provide semiconductor manufacturers with reliable access to precursor chemicals for dry photoresist technology for EUV lithography. ...Photonics.com 5/5/2022High-Precision Dual-Comb Sensing Method Keeps Compact FootprintDual-comb photothermal spectroscopy (DC-PTS), demonstrated for the first time by a joint team from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and...Photonics.com 6/14/2022Reusable Light-Writing Solution Reduces Paper WasteA team led by professor Yadong Yin at the University of California, Riverside formulated a light-sensitive coating material for rewritable light-printing.
